TO SIGNUP FOR WATER AND SEWER SERVICE IN PERSON

Please bring your closing papers (first 4 pages of warranty deed or deed of trust) to our office and sign our service agreement.

SERVICE TURN ON TIMES

Our service tech will be available to turn on your water for no charge from 8:00am to 3:00pm.  There will be a $75 fee for service calls after hours.

STEPS TO SUBMIT A SERVICE AGREEMENT AND DEED 

1. Download Service Agreement (right click and select “save link as…”).
2. Fill out the downloaded service agreement.  For best results fill out the service agreement with Adobe  
3. Save or print the completed agreement..
4. Submit it with the form at the bottom of the page, or attach it to an email with “Service Agreement” in the subject line or fax a printed copy. (We have been receiving blank applications.  Please verify your input has been saved before uploading.)
5. Also, please bring, submit below, email or fax warranty deed or deed of trust to our office.
6. Please call the office to confirm your documents have been received.
